53-year-old David Graham heads to court Tuesday. Graham is accused of inappropriate behavior with young children.

He drove the kids to and from church activities. He was arrested by the Delaware County Sheriff's Office and Grove police.

The allegations were reported to authorities by the church's pastor after two girls came to him. Additional charges are expected.
