McLOUD, Okla. (AP) _ The state medical examiner's office has confirmed that a 7-year-old boy died of electrocution as he attempted to crawl under his family's mobile home near McLoud.

Pottawatomie County Sheriff Kurt Shirey says Dylan Shipman was home with his two older sisters Thursday when the incident occurred. The boy's parents were at work.

The sheriff says Dylan's 12 year-old sister was shocked when she reached for him, and she retrieved help from a neighbor, who was able to turn off the electricity.

Attempts to revive the boy failed.

Two other neighbors have been arrested on kidnapping complaints. Authorities say Kathy Kline and her son, Joseph Kline, attempted to keep Dylan's sisters away from deputies trying to put the girls in protective custody.
