A sad story coming out of the 3rd annual Country Fever music festival in Pryor.

The News on 6 has learned a little boy was accidentally run over and killed Thursday morning at the festival site in Mayes County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 3 year old William Ferry of Beggs died after being runover by a pickup truck. Witnesses says the boy was holding onto the front bumper of the pickup at the time of the accident. OHP troopers call it a tragic accident.

Country Fever kicked off Thursday and runs through Sunday.
