Answering the need for lifeguards for Tulsa city pools.

The News on 6 told you earlier this week that some of Tulsa's city pools wouldn't open on schedule because of a life-guard shortage.

Since our story aired, the city of Tulsa has received 300 calls from people interested in the eleven open positions.

The city now expects to fill those positions and once the new guards are hired and trained, the pools will open.
