A Tulsa driver escapes a fiery car accident.

The accident happened about 11 PM Tuesday at 61st and Riverside Drive. Tulsa Police say the driver of a car was attempting to make a U-turn when an SUV slammed into the back of it. The car burst into flames, but the driver made it out safely.

The other driver wasn't hurt.

Riverside Drive was closed down for about an hour so crews could clean-up the accident scene.
