Two men are in the Tulsa County jail, but not until after they caused a commotion downtown.

Around 3 AM Tuesday, an officer on patrol spotted the men walking on 5th Street. When they spotted him, the officer saw them drop a bag of rock cocaine.

As the officer approached, the men scattered. One suspect even climbed a tree and onto the roof of a building.

A canine officer found him and the fire department was called in to provide a ladder.
