The Tulsa County DA’s office rules a Tulsa police officer was justified in shooting a man who pointed a rifle at him.

It happened May 21st at 32nd and Sheridan. The DA’s office says witnesses backed up Officer Jared Upton's account of the shooting.

Officer Upton shot Antoine Tumey – who survived the shooting.

He’s in jail facing drug and firearms related charges.
