The Tulsa County DAâ€™s office rules a Tulsa police officer was justified in shooting a man who pointed a rifle at him.

It happened May 21st at 32nd and Sheridan. The DAâ€™s office says witnesses backed up Officer Jared Upton's account of the shooting.

Officer Upton shot Antoine Tumey â€“ who survived the shooting.

Heâ€™s in jail facing drug and firearms related charges.
