OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A 60-year-old man who's confined to a wheelchair is in custody after a two-hour stand-off with police in southeast Oklahoma City.
Police arrested Donald Hall Tuesday night after using a Taser to stun him.
Office Rey Vasquez says the stand-off began when federal marshals went to the home to check on Hall's welfare because he failed to appear for sentencing on a fraud conviction in Texas.
The marshals found Hall in a back room of the home with a gun and threatening to kill himself.
Other people living in the home let police inside and officers talked with Hall before using the Taser to stun him, then taking him to a local hospital for evaluation.
