Broken Arrow Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident.

Officers say about 9:15 PM Thursday, a 16-year-old driver turned left in front of a motorcyclist at the intersection of 71st and Garnett.

The motorcyclist, 48 year-old Daniel Hammond died at the scene.

There's no word whether charges will be filed.
