OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Emergency officials say an Oklahoma City woman and her 2-year-old son are hospitalized after nearly drowning in a swimming pool.

Fire officials say the boy's grandmother pulled the child from the water Monday, started CPR and revived him.

The grandmother had come out from the home and found the child and woman floating in the water.

Firefighters pulled the woman from the water. She was taken to Integris Baptist Medical Center in critical condition. Her son was also taken to Baptist in critical condition, but he was stablized.

Their names were not immediately released.

Relatives told emergency personnel the woman had a history of seizures and may have had one in the pool.
