Tulsa Police investigate a fatal shooting at an east Tulsa nightspot

A fatal shooting at an east Tulsa nightclub early Friday morning. <br/><br/>Tulsa Police tell the News on 6, that 31-year-old Demacko Davis is dead and his 24-year-old brother Juan Davis is injured.

A fatal shooting at an east Tulsa nightclub early Friday morning.

Tulsa Police tell the News on 6, that 31-year-old Demacko Davis is dead and his 24-year-old brother Juan Davis is injured. Police say the man who died was released from jail just a few days ago.

There were about 200 people in the parking lot of the club at 9600 East 46th Street, when more than 20 shots were fired at the brothers and so far, police say no witnesses are cooperating with their investigation.

Police also tell us a fight broke out earlier in the evening at the club and a woman was cut. Tulsa Police think the two incidents may be related.
