A traffic accident in Tulsa sends 2 people to the hospital early Wednesday morning.

Authorities say the driver missed a curve at South Lewis, sending the car into a ravine. Somebody was following and managed to get them out to meet emergency personnel a couple of miles away.

The male driver was taken by AirEvac helicopter to a Tulsa hospital. The female passenger is also hospitalized, we don't have their conditions.

Authorities say the passenger graduated from Liberty High School Tuesday night.
