OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- An unattended briefcase causes a stir at the state Capitol Tuesday afternoon.
Officers evacuated the fourth-floor snack bar, a senator's office and the press room before bringing in a canine unit to check for explosives.
The briefcase turned out to be that of former lawmaker Lloyd Fields who left it on the bench during a lunch break. Fields apologized to officers and showed identification to prove it belonged to him.
