OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma City police are still trying to identify the body of a young man found in the southern part of the city.

Sergeant Charles Phillips says a motorist called police after seeing the body lying near the edge of a roadway about 5:30 Monday afternoon and officers found the man shot to death.

Phillips says the body is that of a white male, 16-to-20 years old. he was wearing a North Carolina University baseball cap, yellow shirt, blue jeans and a brown and black bead necklace.
