TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ Tulsa-based ONEOK Incorporated is announcing plans to buy about 4,400 miles of natural gas pipelines and processing plants from Koch Industries.

ONEOK will pay $1.35-billion for the system and the company says it will now have access to new markets in Kansas and Texas.

ONEOK is the parent company of Oklahoma Natural Gas.
