An early Sunday morning shooting has left one man in a Tulsa area hospital and put another behind bars.

Jack Watson was arrested Sunday morning for the attempted murder of Marc Lorrin. Watson addmitted to shooting Lorrin after hearing his wife and the victim arguing in the backyard. Watson took his loaded gun from his truck to the backyard and put the gun to Lorrin's head. Watson could not explain how the gun fired.

Watson used a trash bag to drag the victim into the residence. Watson abandoned that effort and hid the bloody trash bag in a field near the residence. Watson did not telephone the police until 20 minutes after the shooting. He was later arrested for attempted murder.

Lorrin was transported to a Tulsa hospital and is listed in critical condition.
