A suspect convicted once in the freezing death of a Tulsa man has been convicted again, and sentenced to life in prison.

A jury found 45-year-old Randy Barrett guilty for the death of Bradley Dean. Prosecutors say Dean was kidnapped from a Tulsa apartment in January 2002. He was driven to a rural area and abandoned in the cold while wearing only pants.

A medical examiner ruled the cause of death was hypothermia.
