Medical students at Tulsa Community College will soon have a new learning tool.
The school broke ground Monday on a new Medical and Biotechnology learning center. The 47,000 square foot facility will teach the latest developments in biotechnology and train lab assistants and nursing students. The new center will help give TCC students a leg up on the competition.
Paul Risser, Oklahoma Regents for Higher Education: "What this means is when a student comes to TCC, they've been trained on the best equipment possible."
The $8-million project was made possible by the passage of Vision 2025.
