Riot at Conner Correctional Center injures a prisoner

An inmate had to be flown by helicopter to a Tulsa hospital following a riot at the Conner Correction Facility in Hominy.<br/><br/>As many as 30 prisoners got into a fight at the medium security prison.

An inmate had to be flown by helicopter to a Tulsa hospital following a riot at the Conner Correction Facility in Hominy.

As many as 30 prisoners got into a fight at the medium security prison. It went into lockdown when a group of Native American, Hispanic and White prisoners got into a fight with a group of black prisoners in a prison housing unit.

There's no word on the identity or condition of the injured inmate. No correctional officers were reported injured.
