Wal-Mart has announced it's planning a second super center in Stillwater.

The Arkansas-based retailer says the new center will be on the west side of the city. It will create as many as 500 new jobs.

City Planner Kathleen Easley says a public hearing on the proposal scheduled May 3rd and the project is planned to go before the City Commission on May 6th.
