This crime victims' right week across the US and in Oklahoma. The US Attorney General handed out some prestigious awards this week, one of the winners is a Green Country woman.

Her name is Mary Jo Speaker and she is one of only three people recognized in the country with the federal crime victim service award.

Mary Jo has devoted her life to helping victims of crime, first in the Tulsa County DA's office and now in the US attorney's office in Muskogee.
