A Bartlesville teacher is up for a Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science education, and a $10,000 prize.
Joann DesLauriers and three other Oklahomans are among 235 nationwide competitors. IT'S one of the highest honors for science and math educators. The winners will be announced this week in Washington DC.
DesLauriers teaches first-grade at Hoover Elementary.
