A certified nurse's assistant is charged with sexually assaulting a 74-year-old patient at Tulsa's Hillcrest Medical Center.

Joshua Richard Dodd[pictured] has been in jail since his arrest April 1st. He's charged with rape by instrumentation.

The victim told police Dodd was helping her change her gown when he sexually assaulted her. Investigators found injuries confirming the victim's report.
