TULSA, Okla. (AP) A former Cherokee Nation casino manager is accused of embezzling more than 50-thousand dollars from the casino.

Dudley Jim Waller is being indicted for allegedly submitting 188 phone refund forms to cashiers at the Cherokee nation's Catoosa casino. The forms are to be used to repay customers who lose money or credits in malfunctioning machines.

Waller faces up to 20-years in prison and a one million dollar fine if convicted.
