OKMULGEE, Okla. (AP) A Muskogee County man is dead following a one-car crash on in Okmulgee County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says James Groover of Haskell was killed when the pickup truck he was driving ran off a county road, hit an embankment and overturned.
Troopers say Groover wasn't wearing a seat belt and was partially thrown from the truck.
