OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A hit-and run accident sent a woman to the hospital and a man to jail.

26-year-old Kenneth Walker was arrested Friday night on complaints of driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.

Forty-five-year-old Arleen Williams was trying to cross Pennsylvania Avenue at South West 59th Steet at about 9:45 p.m. when she was struck by a northboud van.

The driver fled the scene, leaving the injured woman lying on the raod.

Williams was taken to a local hospital, and her condition was unknown yesterday afternoon.
