OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma City police are looking for a man who allegedly forced a woman to drive to an area lake, raped her, then forced her to drive him back to his parked vehicle.

Oklahoma City police spokesman Charles Phillips says the 23-year-old victim told police that a car followed her and began flashing its lights, making her think something was wrong with her car Monday night.

Phillips says when she stopped in the Lucent Technology parking lot and rolled down her window, the man pointed a gun at her and ordered her to get out of the car.

When she was too frightened to get out, Phillips says the man got inside the car, forced her to drive to Lake Overholser, put a rope around her neck and raped her. He then forced her to drive him back to his car.

Her hands still tied to the steering wheel, the victim drove to a Taco Bell restaurant, where an employee helped untie her and called 911.

The rapist is described as a black man in his late 20s or 30s with short black hair, a mustache and beard. He is six feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds.

He was driving a two-door black or blue Saturn.
