OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A well-known Oklahoma City attorney is free on bail after being arrested for allegedly asking for sex as payment from a client.

Police say attorney Michael Gassaway told a woman he would reduce his $2,500 fee by $300 if she performed oral sex on him.

Investigators say Gassaway told the woman to meet him in his office Thursday afternoon to ``work off some of his fee.''

Gassaway was arrested after the woman went into his office.

Gassaway calls the situation ``crazy'' and denies any wrongdoing. His attorney, Scott Adams, says the woman is desperate and says Gassaway repeatedly told her to stop.
