OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- State and federal health officials say a batch of powdered baby formula is being recalled in Oklahoma because it has metal particles in it.

The "Gentletease" formula is being recalled by Mead Johnson. It has a lot number of BMJ-19 and is in 24-ounce cans with a "use by" date of July first, 2007.

No injuries have been reported, but the metal could damage a child's throat or lungs. Symptoms would include coughing, difficulty swallowing or difficulty breathing and would likely show up within three to four hours.

Consumers who have a can from the batch being recalled should call Mead Johnson at 888-587-7275.
