Two Muskogee County Sheriffâ€™s deputies have been cleared in a shooting last month.

Investigators say the two acted in self-defense. The Sheriff says one of the deputies shot Nicole Purkey once as she drove toward him, briefly dragging another deputy alongside.

Neither deputy was hurt.

Purkey remains in the Muskogee County jail.
