McALESTER, Okla. (AP) -- Pittsburg County Court Clerk Linda Price Williams is pleading not guilty to forgery and embezzlement charges.

Williams faces 20 counts of second-degree forgery and one charge of embezzlement and has been suspended. She's accused of forging the name of a judge onto reimbursement claims and using the money to gamble.

She's now free on $5,000 bond.
