Suspect arrested in fatal shooting in Nowata County

The Nowata County Sheriffâ€™s Office is investigating a fatal shooting. <br/><br/>Investigators say 48 year old Stephen Means was shot to death east of Lenapah and his body was dumped in a creek in Kansas.

The Nowata County Sheriffâ€™s Office is investigating a fatal shooting.

Investigators say 48 year old Stephen Means was shot to death east of Lenapah and his body was dumped in a creek in Kansas.

Means' live-in girlfriend Rhonda Robirds[pictured] has been arrested and faces a first-degree murder charge.

The Nowata County Sheriff's Office department believes 20 year old Joshua Hill was the shooter. They are still looking for him.
