SALLISAW, Okla. (AP) -- A Sallisaw man is dead after crashing his pickup truck on US Highway 59 in Sequoyah County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Bret Hensley was killed in the accident just after 7 PM Thursday.

Troopers say Hensley was northbound when he drove off the side of the road and his truck flipped. Hensley wasn't wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the truck.
