A tribute to Vietnam veterans. A Tulsa bridge was renamed the "Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge" Friday.

Fridayâ€™s ceremony settles a long controversy over what to call the bridge.

Folks on the east side of the Arkansas River called it the "21st Street Bridge." It was known as the "23rd Street Bridge" on the west side.
