A homeless man in Tulsa faces 12 years in prison for his role in a fatal shooting.

It happened last April at an encampment of homeless people along the Arkansas River in Tulsa. John Mullenax pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in the shotgun death of Lenny Miller.

Mullenax's attorney says he believed he had a good self-defense case.
