OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma City police are investigating the death of a man who apparently jumped from a downtown parking garage.

Police say he was the second person to do so this month.

Police Captain Jeffrey Becker says about 9 AM yesterday a 60 year-old man plunged from the seventh level of the garage. The victim's name has not yet been released.

Becker says there was no immediate indication of foul play and the death is considered an apparent suicide.

Police say that earlier this month, witnesses told them that a 52 year-old, Oklahoma City attorney named Mark Lowery also jumped from the same garage.

Authorities say prior to that, the last suicide committed there was on December 10, 2003.
