OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The governor's Achieving Classroom Excellence Task Force is forwarding its recommendations to the state Legislature.
The group suggests appropriating $5-million for testing development and $20-million for remediation.
The task force also recommended that in addition to the required Algebra One and English 2 end-of-course tests, students choose two tests from a pool that includes English 3, Algebra 2, Geometry and US History.
