A 16-month old Tulsa boy is hospitalized morning with a serious head wound.

The boy was rushed to the hospital Thursday night.

A Tulsa Police detective tells the News on 6, he's not calling the case child abuse. He believes the boy was injured accidentally during a dispute between the parents.
