State investigators say they'll present their final report on a convicted killer's escape and the 10 years he spent in hiding.

Randolph Dial escaped from the Oklahoma State Reformatory in August 1994. He left with the deputy warden's wife, Bobbi Parker. They spent ten years together working on a chicken farm, when they were found last April in east Texas.

Prosecutors will decide if charges should be filed against Parker. She claims she stayed with Dial because she feared for her safety.
