OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A nursing home employee has been arrested after a co-worker told police she observed him performing a sexual act with a 79-year-old male resident.

An Oklahoma City police report shows 23-year-old James Dylan Bishop of Oklahoma City was arrested on a rape complaint.

Bishop is a certified nurse's aide at The Lakes nursing home in Oklahoma City. He's been suspended without pay.

Bishop was taken to the Oklahoma County jail and released Monday on $25,000 bail.

An incident report was filed with the Oklahoma Health Department, and a spokeswoman says the agency is investigating.
