Tulsa Police arrested a man for the weekend attempted robbery of the Village Inn Restaurant at 5280 South Yale.

Police say 28-year old Brian Brown told the waitress he had a gun and demanded money. She refused to give it to him, so he left. A security guard in the restaurant called police.

They arrested Brown a short time later at the Wal-Mart on 81st and Lewis. Tulsa Police say they never found a weapon.
