Bond has been set at $200,000 for a mother accused of abusing her little girl.

Jennifer Lay is charged with child abuse and rape by instrumentation. Investigators say the abuse was so bad, the baby's pelvis, ankles, and palate were fractured.

The girl is now 4-years-old and has been adopted by another family.
