A fire early Friday morning destroyed a duplex in southeast Tulsa. Crews were called around 3:30 AM to the duplex near 61st and Mingo.

It was engulfed in flames when they got there. A man who lives on one side got out safely, the other side of the duplex was vacant. There's no word on the cause and no one was hurt.

It took crews quite a while to beat back the flames.

Again the duplex is a total loss.
