OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Got your check yet?
About 40,000 Oklahomans are still waiting for their state rebate checks.
A spokesman for the state treasurer's office, Tim Allen, says new checks have been sent to about 10,000 people who didn't get the first ones.
The state sent out 1.2-million rebate checks. But about 50-thousand weren't delivered by the post office, mostly because of incorrect mailing addresses.
Allen says all taxpayers should have their checks by the end of January.
A total of $92-million in rebates were authorized this year. They represent excess state revenue collected during the fiscal year that ended June 30th.
Single taxpayers received $45; couples received $90 checks.
