Two brothers have been charged with robbing a Tulsa bank less than two weeks ago. It happened December 16th at a Bank of Oklahoma branch inside a Tulsa Albertson's store.
21-year-old Jeremy Mustin and his 19-year-old brother JaJuan were arrested in Chandler the same day as the robbery.
Tulsa Police say a man gave the teller a note claiming to have a gun. He left with more than $2,000.
The case could be presented to a federal grand jury next month.
