Steve Bennett is accused of fatally shooting his common law wife, Susan Green in Okmulgee earlier this week.
Wednesday, a judge set bond at $100,000. Prosecutors have not yet charged Bennett in the case. He's being held on a complaint of first degree manslaughter.
Bennett goes back to court next Wednesday.
