The News on 6 is learning more about a shooting that sent a quadriplegic to a Tulsa hospital.

Tulsa Police say the victim, 58 year old Phillip Martly and his caretaker, Perry Marvin had been drinking all day when, when they got into a fight.

Marvin told officers he shot Martly in the neck, because he told him to.

The incident took place in the 100 block of North Maybelle.
