OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- State health officials are looking for a lawmaker to sponsor legislation prohibiting anyone under 16 from driving an all-terrain vehicle.
The law proposed by the state health Department would also prohibit passengers on ATV's and require helmets.
Health officials say there have been at least 14 deaths this year in ATV accidents, including three in November that killed two 15-year-olds and a 14-year-old.
