A Porter teenager will remain in a juvenile center rather than be moved to an adult prison.

A Tulsa County judge ruled that Daniel Dillingham will remain at the LE Rader Center despite a request by prosecutors who say he assaulted a juvenile affairs worker. However, the judge did order that Dillingham stand trial for the assault.

Dillingham was convicted of stabbing a classmate to death on a school bus nearly two years ago.
