One person is arrested following a short police chase in Tulsa.

The chase started around 1 AM Monday, when officers tried to stop a car with the wrong license plate.

The driver took off. Before the car stopped a few blocks away on 10th Street near Quincy, the passenger bailed out and ran. He hasn't been found.

The driver told police he tried to run because he had a number of warrants.
